The best mall in Lebanon in every way except for their rewards program which sucks and is not motivating at all which is the main purpose of a reward program, it’s nothing compared to Europe or the States reward programs, it should definitely be reviewed and reconsidered..

The staff are very rude and interrupts the movie each 5 mins, they come in and start chatting. And they always aim the light at your eyes.

The cinemas is either crowded or empty never neutral, and the prices for everything are too high. The place where the food is sold is very unorginized, since there are too many unused machines. The corn cups come only in one size for some reason, before there were like three sizes. The place is clean and tidy. The service is good, yet slow. The place where you buy tickets is very well orginized. The couches really help in so many ways. There are too long stairs, but the decoration of the hallway that connect to the other theatres is very clean and amazing. The movie timings are good. Overall a good place to watch a movie. I recommend!!

They took off a movie 1 week after its release...and it was a Lebanese movie that was actually taking success (Tallatit). Disappointed.

Just don't, really don't! I can't figure out how this movie got an >8 rating. Extremely boring, not that thrilling. People started leaving! In the middle of it.

Very comfortable good screens and staff but its still not the best movie theater in Lebanon. Vox, city center is the best no contest, but abc achrafieh is still a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy a movie.

we were going to watch a pg16 movie we were kids and adults but they didn t let us enter but every body knows that pg means parental guidance and we were kids of 12 years old with ADULTS

Good Experience :) Nachos are fine , popcorn good as always :P I never had any problem at all with this cinema and the staff , the only annoyances are the people who talk during movies !! Seriously STOP IT !

The screen and sound system are both top notch. I think it's the best cinema in Lebanon. The popcorn is great and I love having the option to eat anything I want from ABC later!

Trop fade .. ouff.. besoin de vie oubien separation entre Couloir et Magazin de se sentir qu 'on est dans un mall et non pas dans un bazar .Sorry mais c'est a retudier vous avez besoin d un architect d interieur ..

Spend some money on signage you cheapskates,, firstly you have to guess where the cinema entrance is..secondly you have to guess which counter is open for the confectionary stand. Seriously learn from abroad before boasting yourselves as the best!! Wisamkaram@gmail.com
