This is a nice cozy family restaurant whereby you are served by the owners.
It is not a common setup in Lebanon, though it is normally a very healthy one.
The entrance is on the ground floor, and they tried to decorate it as homey as it can look. The restaurant is at the 1st floor overlooking the street.
What is exceptionnal is that anything you order is freshly cooked, therefore you may need to wait to get served, and it may happen that the shrimp inside the dumpling may still be cold as the chef didnt want to make you wait too long!
As chineese food, it is among the best available, if not the best in town. But it remains a family operated restaurant in an area that was closed for years due to the works in the very close nearby hotel. I presume that the day the hotel opens its door it will be difficult to find a seat
Ok, we read the review so we called and an angry lady answered that we should tell the owner to change the number.
Anyway we reached there and we were confused if it was a gym or a tailor or a haunted house. We were welcomed by a nice man. We ordered and after 15 minutes the same man came with soup and crab claws and disapeared. My claws came frozen from inside, so i tried to talk to him and tell him that its frozen but he disapeared . We waited for around 30 minutes and he didnt show up. We were alone in the restaurant and we started to loom around. We went to the kitchen opeenned doors yelling but he wasnt there.
We left the 10000ll on the table for the soup and we left. This place is weird and spooky.
Reallly bad experience
Classy and very welcoming atmosphere, the menu is very rich. Portions are huge and prices highly affordable. Strongly recommended to anyone who wants to spend a nice, quiet evening with delicious food
PS: Trt the chicken sweet and sour !
